Clear Call

VoIP is a form of voice communications that uses the Internet Protocol (IP) to transmit a call instead of traditional landlines. It passes through the internet rather than the regular Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). As such, it allows for cost effective international voice calls. VoIP is fast and easy to implement and does not require investment.

In 2006, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) granted Primeworld Digital Systems Inc. a VoIP Service Provider License. The NTC requires companies offering VoIP service to acquire a VoIP Service Provider License before providing service. PDSI is one of the first telco-independent companies to get this license.

PDSI VoIP Value Proposition:

  • TDM Quality Voice Service - PDSI VoIP is the only licensed VoIP provider that terminates strictly via Tier-1 TDM. Meaning PDSI is partnered with companies who terminate the international calls to a Local Exchange Carrier who has the customers, owns the last mile to the customer. This then makes for good quality voice calls since passing over the standard voice networks of these telcos.

  • Live After-Sales Support - PDSI's support team is another advantage as the Back End Support team staff is available 24x7 (no voice recordings) and is made up of experienced technicians with 15 years of experience from Verizon and AT&T.
  • Billing increments is per 6-second pulse and rounded up to four digits, which translates to more savings
  • PDSI VoIP has no hidden costs and additional charges.

PDSI's current VoIP termination partners are NovaTel and Tata Communications.

NovaTel is the leading provider of telecommunication services for offshore contact centers (call centers) located in India and the Philippines.
