Optimaxx Load-Balanced
In case there is downtime, this solution automatically routes all traffic to a back-up link, which has an equal bandwidth capacity as the main link. During normal operations the Customer has the capability of getting double the bandwidth capacity because the back-up link, having an equal amount of bandwidth as the main link, will always be active and available for use.

Optimaxx Full Failover
This solution provides the Customer with a system that intelligently detects if the Customer’s link is down. It automatically activates a back-up link to take on all the traffic. This set-up ensures that the Customer’s network has uninterrupted use of the same bandwidth capacity all the time. The back-up link is on standby only and is idle when the main link is up.

Optimaxx Semi-Failover
This solution is similar to the Optimaxx Full Failover set-up except that during downtimes, the network will instead accommodate half of the bandwidth capacity compared to normal operations.

Optimaxx DSL Failover
In case of downtime, this solution provides a back-up system that switches all traffic from the failed link to an ADSL line instead of another leased line. This is similar to the Full Failover option where the same bandwidth capacity is available all the time even if the primary link goes down.

Prime Communications offers a money-back guarantee with Optimaxx. If our minimum service availability guarantee fails, your next month’s Monthly Subscription Fee or a portion thereof is waived upon agreed resolution of the reported incident. A formal written notice from the Customer needs to be filed with our Network Operations Center within two weeks from the date of the service failure. This will activate the appropriate investigation and the immediate resolution of the problem. This incident report will be the basis for proper claims conciliation.
