This July, Prime Communications opens Prime Academy, a learning center where the company can share its expertise in Internet Protocol (IP) to its select and valued customers.
Keeping true to its promise of “Service, first-rate and foremost”, Prime Communications created Prime Academy to show the company's commitment to customer satisfaction beyond expectation. Through Prime Academy, Prime Communications not only brings IP expertise through the services it offers, but also through knowledge-sharing which is aimed at empowering clients and their growing businesses. Prime Academy's faculty, composed of Cisco-certified engineers ranging from Associate to Instructor levels, will arm clients with knowledge imperative in networking and IP communications. Subjects covered include internetworking fundamentals; constructing medium-sized routed networks and switched networks; and creating address space (WAN, NAT, and PAT).
The knowledge learned from Prime Academy in actual skills training goes beyond trouble-shooting. Through Prime Academy, Prime Communications' clients are always a step ahead in the world of rapidly changing technology.
