CISCO has a widely respected training and certification program that equips engineers and IT professionals with training and expertise on highly sophisticated network solutions. 

With increasingly more complex networks and requirements, companies put a premium on highly skilled, certified engineers and commit resources to train their IT personnel. 

In line with Prime Communications’ goal of prioritizing Customer Satisfaction first and foremost, Prime Communications has ensured that all its engineers interfacing with its Business/Corporate customers have undergone Cisco training and certification.

The CISCO certification reflects Prime Communications commitment to ensuring technological expertise along with the ability to deliver the required integrated network solutions to its clients.

The Cisco program has three certification levels- Gold, Silver, and Premier.  Prime Communications’ network operations group have proudly attained the Premier certification level, which means that they have achieved technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LAN, and security technologies.  In addition, the Network engineers of Prime Communications have individually attained varying degress of certification from CCNA to CCIP.
