Internet Service Agreement

1. Prime Communications is not responsible for information retrieved, stored, and transmitted via Internet through the use of this card. It is not liable for the content, accuracy or quality of information available, received or transmitted via Internet.
2. This card is non-refundable and non-replaceable. Prime Communications is not responsible for the loss or unauthorized use of this card and is not liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure of any information concerning the customer’s username and password.
3. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that in using the Internet, all applicable laws, rules and regulations and all the terms prescribed by the National Telecommunications Commission for the use of any telecommunications systems, service or equipment are complied with at all times.
4. The hours on the card must be consumed as indicated. Prime Communications is not responsible for any loss of information caused as a result of interruption due to full consumption of access hours or expiration based on card validity.
5. Prime Communications is not responsible for any long distance telephone charges that may be incurred. The customer must verify with the telephone company that the access number is the cost of a local call.
