3. Extra e-mail address
    (3 choices in order of preference) :

1. There is a one-time activation fee of PhP150 VAT - exclusive per extra e-mail address and a monthly fee of PhP100 VAT - exclusive per extra e-mail address.
2. There is an allotment of 2MB e-mail space for each extra mailbox.
3. Extra e-mail addresses can only be availed of one at a time using this form. Please submit another request for another extra e-mail address.
4. There is a maximum of 4 extra e-mail addresses per account.
5. Requests for additional e-mail address(es) will be activated within 24 hours or on the date you have requested. Activation is only done during office hours, Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM.
6. Each extra e-mail address activated at any day of the month is charged in full.
7. The temporary password for each extra e-mail address is the same as the initial password assigned to your primary e-mail address upon activation of your account. Please remember to change your password for your own security.
8. Please wait for a confirmation e-mail from our Customer Care Center if your extra e-mail address has been created.
9. Charges will be reflected in your billing statement.
