You may use this page to request for a decrease in your e-mail space. You are allowed to decrease your mailbox space in increments of 2MB, to a minimum of 2MB (the default e-mail space). This will automatically send your request to our Customer Care Center for their attention.

This form is for users with email addresses like "userid@prime.net.ph".

(Business Class users with email addresses like "userid@yourcompany.com.ph", please request change of access type through your account executive or via fax).

Decrease E-mail Space
1. Enter your User-ID :
2. Your e-mail address: @prime.net.ph
3. Decrease by this size :
  1. The monthly fee of PhP200 VAT - exclusive for every 2MB of e-mail space will be removed effective the 1st day of the next month.
  2. E-mail space can only be decremented by 2MB.
  3. Requests for an decrease in e-mail space will be activated within 24 hours or on the date you have requested. Processing of this request is only done during office hours, Mondays to Fridays 9AM to 6PM.
  4. Please wait for a confirmation e-mail from our Customer Care Center if your e-mail space has been decreased.
  5. Charges will be reflected in your billing statement.
