Use this page to request for a temporary suspension of your account when you are abroad. This will automatically send your request to our Customer Care Center for their attention.

This form is for users with email addresses like "userid@pacific.net.ph".

(Business Class users with email addresses like "userid@yourcompany.com.ph", please request for suspension through your account executive or via fax).

  1. There is a handling fee of PhP250 VAT - exclusive for the suspension of your account.
  2. Both your login and e-mail accounts will be suspended.
  3. Your mailbox will be able to receive mails up to the size of your mailbox only, although you will be unable to access it while the account is suspended.
  4. Requests for suspension will be effective on the date you have requested and is effective for a maximum of 2 months after which your account will be automatically terminated.
  5. For suspension requests within the promo period, promo will be forfeited.
  6. Charges will be reflected in your billing statement.
  7. To avoid losing mails, You may increase your mailbox space in increments of 2 MB up to a maximum of 10 MB.
  8. Future effectivity date for suspension is limited to a maximum of
    3 months from the current date.
