• Male, 21-25 years old, graduate of Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• At least 1 yr experience in a contact center or customer-focused environment handling technical concerns
• Must be computer literate, able to create rapport with customers
• Able to work under pressure and with high level of pressure tolerance
• Preferably CCNA certified or has taken CCNA courses

Group Admin Assistant

• Female, 24-29 years old, college graduate of any business-related course, preferably single
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must possess high analytical ability and comprehension skills
• Capable of multi-tasking, process-oriented/meticulous- preferably with 1-2 years work experience in related field

Account Managers

• Male or female
• Graduate of any 4-year business, communication, or IT-related course
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3 yrs of solid and continuous selling experience
• Preferably with knowledgeable in networking and data communications concepts

(NOC) Network Operations Center Assistant Manager

• Male or female
• College graduate of any technical course
• Must have a Cisco background
• Preferably CCNP or CCNA
• Has the ability to provide technical support to clients
• Can manage and motivate a large number of technical support engineers
