Billing
Cycle
Prime Communications follows
the calendar period for its Billing Cycle. We
charge subscription fee and usage for the entire
month. Our cut-off begins on the first day of
the month (for the initial month, it is the
date of activation) and ends on the last day
of the month. We understand that there may be
concerns when an account is activated after
the first day of the month. It is for this reason
that we pro-rate the subscription fee of the
initial month for accounts activated after the
first day of the month.
Pro-Rata
(Applicable only to accounts activated after
the first day of the month. Accounts activated
on the first day of the month are charged the
regular monthly subscription fee.)
With the Pro-rata system, we
only charge the actual usage within the pro-rata
month, from the time your account was activated
(only for accounts activated after the first
day of the month) to the last day of the month.
Pro-rata is based on the total number of hours
used during your initial month and not the total
number of days from the time your account was
activated.

Excess Usage Charges
In excess of your package hours, you are charged
PhP66.00 per hour or PhP16.50 per 15-minute
block. Excess usage is rounded up to the nearest
15-minute block.
First Full Month
In view of the above illustration, we further
clarify the importance of the "Pro-rated
Month" and the "First Full Month"
in determining the start of the Promotion period
which you subscribed for.Your promotion begins
on the FIRST FULL MONTH of subscription and
not the Pro-rated Month. The First Full Month
is your first complete month as a subscriber
(from the first day of the month to the last
day of the month, eg. January 1 to 31). Hence,
any bonuses or freebies assigned to specific
months are based on the First Full Month.
No Carry-Over of Unused Hours
As a reminder, any unused package free hours
is NOT carried over to suceeding month/s. Bonus
hours given to subscribers must be consumed
on the specified month according to the mechanics
of the existing promo.
Billing Method
Our billing method is such that we charge one
month in advance for subscription, but we charge
one month behind for any excess usage. The advance
subscription is to support excess usage, if
any. The payment due date of each statement
is the last day of every month. In effect, you
only pay one day in advance.Your initial bill
will contain the following:
- Pro-rated monthly subscription fee for the
month of activation (if activated after the
first day of the month).
- Monthly subscription fee for the current
month.
- Advance susbcription fee for the next month.
- Excess usage charge of the month prior,
if any.
- Other charges, if any - e.g. extra mailbox,
handling fees etc.
All succeeding
billing statements will reflect:
- Advance susbcription fee for the next month.
- Excess usage charge of the month prior,
if any.
- Other charges, if any - e.g. extra mailbox,
handling fees etc.
