These are currently the ways to settle your Prime Communications account:
 
   
 

Via Automated Teller Machine - for Banco de Oro Accountholders
Payment can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Cash or Check
When paying in Cash or Check, you may deposit your payment over-the-counter at any of the following banks:

  • Banco De Oro
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands
  • United Coconut Planters Bank

or you may drop by our office:

Check
Make your check payable to PRIMEWORLD DIGITAL SYSTEMS, INC. with your name and subscriber account number written at the back of the check

Always bring your Billing Statement or Customer Payment ID Card for proper posting of your payment. Payments will only be accepted if presented together with Bills Payment Slip and Billing Statement or Customer Payment ID Card.

Credit Card Payment
We have made arrangements with the following credit card companies:

  • American Express (AMEXCO)
  • BPI Express Credit
  • Mastercard (any bank)
  • Unicard
  • Visa (any bank)

In order to provide you with greater ease of payment, we have also arranged for the automatic charging of Prime Communications subscription fees against any VISA or Mastercard credit card.

Automatic Credit Card Debit Guidelines
The guidelines for automatic credit card debit enrollment are listed below. If you prefer to charge your credit card upon presentation of each signed charge slip, you may skip this portion.

  • Fill out the applicable portion of the Enrollment Form (cardholder's name, billing address, amount of charges, S/A No., and expiry date).
  • You can see and print the Enrollment Form here.
  • Send the accomplished Enrollment Form to us through fax (at fax number (02) 636-4604), mail, courier, or by personally dropping by any of our offices.
  • We will obtain approval from the credit card company concerned. Should there be any problem in the credit approval process, we will inform you about it. Your credit card payment application shall be processed within twenty-four (24) hours from our receipt thereof.

Credit Card Payment Guidelines
The guidelines for paying with a credit card are listed below. For Unicard credit card, refer

  • Fill out the applicable portion of the Charge Slip (cardholder's name, billing address, amount of charges, S/A No., and expiry date). For AMEXCO cardholders, please fill out the Batch No. In order to avoid delays in the processing of your credit card payment, please take note of the following:
  • See to it that all required information are filled up; and
  • Do not fail to sign on the charge slip and make sure that the information is the same with that on your credit card.

For Unicard:
The subscriber-cardholder is required to personally present to Prime Communications his/her credit card for imprinting on Unicard's Charge Slip.

Internet Banking Payment
Payment can be made if you have an account with the following banks:

  • Bank of the Philippine Islands
  • Metrobank
  • Unionbank

You may now pay your Prime Communications account using your Credit Card (any MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD) through the internet. Just log-on our website: www.prime.net.ph and click on Check/Pay your bills online

Phone Banking Payment
Payment can be made if you have an account with the following banks:

  • Bank of the Philippine Islands
  • Metrobank

Others

  • Selected 7-Eleven Branches
  • BDO Call Center - relay your instructions to BDO's Call Center Representatives
  • BDO Cash Card - prepaid reloadable card that can be used for payment
