Account Termination

1. The minimum period of subscription is one (1) year. There is a handling fee of PhP1,000 VAT - exclusive if your account is terminated within this period.
2. Both your login and e-mail accounts will be terminated.
3. All requests for termination are subject for confirmation.
4. The final billing will be mailed a month after request has been effected.

To avoid losing mails, you may want to increase your mailbox space while your acount is suspended. You may increase your mailbox space in increments of 2MB.
