Use the following options to manage your Prime Communications account:

Use this page to request for a change in your User-ID. This will automatically send your request to our Customer Care Center for their action.

 
   
 

This form is for users with email addresses like "userid@prime.net.ph". Change in User-ID will automatically change your primary e-mail address too.

(Business Class users with email addresses like "userid@yourcompany.com.ph", please request change of User-ID through your account executive or via fax).

1. There is a one-time fee of PhP400 VAT - exclusive per change. Your new user ID activated at any day of the month is charged in full.

2. New User-ID is subject to availability. It should consist of a minimum of three (3), maximum of twelve (12) alpha and/or numeric characters. No special characters are allowed.

3. Requests for user ID change will be activated within 24 hours or on the date you have requested. Activation is only done during office hours, Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM.

4. Charges will be reflected in your billing statement.
