Change Subscription Package

Use this page to request for a change in your subscription package. If you want to have more hours, or if you feel that you use less time on the Internet, this is where you change your subscription package. This will automatically send your request to our Customer Care Center for their attention.

 
   
 

This form is for users with email addresses like "userid@prime.net.ph".

(Business Class users with email addresses like userid@yourcompany.com.ph", please request change of subscription type through your account executive or via fax).

1. There is no handling fee for upgrades; downgrades will be charged a handling fee of PhP200 VAT - exclusive.

2. Any downgrade or more than one upgrade within the promo period will forfeit the promo availed.

3. For subscribers who have availed of the pre-payment discount promo, any change of package within the promo period, will forfeit discount availed.

4. You will be sent a confirmation through e-mail once your request has been approved.

5. All requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month for the change to be effected in the 1st of the following month.

6. Handling fee, if any, will be reflected in your next billing statement.
