Prime Communications is an Internet Protocol (IP) communications service provider focused on delivering excellent customer service.

 
 

Being the only customer service-focused IP communications service provider in the country, we have partnered with world-class technology players to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) grow their business. We help drive SME adoption of productivity-enhancing technologies by reducing cost barriers.

Prime Communications is fully owned and operated by Primeworld Digital Systems, Inc. (PDSI), one of the pioneering Internet Service Providers in the country. PDSI has been operating since 1996 and is duly licensed by the National Telecommunications Commission to provide telecommunications and value-added services. It has been offering over 10 years of unmatched customer service to the Filipino consumer and business markets.

  • Prime Communications carries a full suite of IP services, which include Internet access delivered via wired or wireless solutions, managed Internet security, back-up and disaster recovery services, VoIP, VPN, data center services and customisable value-added services.
  • Prime Communications provides innovative and unique services that are first-mover products in the market such as Optimaxx, a redundancy solution, and Sentinel, an Internet security solution.

January 2001 - Granted a Telecoms Congressional Franchise by virtue of RA 8992, giving it the legal right to operate and service the telecommunications needs of the Filipino market.

December 2005 - Given a Provisional Authority by the NTC to offer an Information and Data Communication Network.

November 2006 – Granted by NTC its service provider license for Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP services.

July 2007 - Granted a wireless spectrum of 30 MHz in the 2.3-2.4 GHz frequency range.

January 2008 – Awarded a Premier Partner certification by Cisco.
